The Maintenance Duties clause defines the responsibilities of each party regarding the upkeep and repair of property, equipment, or facilities covered by the agreement. Maintenance Duties. Perform the following duties to maintain a healthy and safe aquatic environment:
a) Measure the chlorine and PH levels, pool clarity, and bather load prior to the beginning of aquatic service and at least after every four (4) hours of service and at the end of each day. These measurements shall be recorded in the pool log and kept on file in the pool office.
b) Use the City-provided cleaning equipment, such as the pool net, to extract larger debris from the pool surface and gutters daily.
c) Perform basic facility inspections to include safety, rescue and first aid equipment daily.
d) Clean and organize the pool deck, including picking up trash and debris throughout the day.
e) Clean and stock the restrooms throughout the day.
f) Empty all facility trash cans at the end of each day and place in the designated area for collection by Rio Vista.
Maintenance Duties. For so long as Customer is current in the payment of all Partner Fees, Denodo shall provide Maintenance and Support as specified in this Section V.1 and in accordance with Denodo’s then-current support policies located at the Support Site, and which are attached to the Order for informational purposes only.
