Maintenance Duties. Perform the following duties to maintain a healthy and safe aquatic environment:
Maintenance Duties. For so long as Customer is current in the payment of all Partner Fees, Denodo shall provide Maintenance and Support as specified in this Section V.1 and in accordance with Denodo’s then-current support policies located at the Support Site.

Before the Closing, Seller shall maintain the Property (“Maintenance Duties”) in a manner consistent with past practices and perform all work required to be performed prior to the Closing by the landlord under the terms of any Lease. Notwithstanding the above, Seller’s Maintenance Duties shall specifically exclude the obligation (whether or not such expenditure would have normally been incurred in accordance with Seller’s normal operating practices): (A) to repair or correct normal wear and tear or deferred maintenance, or (B) to expend more than $5,000.00 with respect to Maintenance Duties in the aggregate, excluding amounts clearly reimbursable in full by Lease tenants.
Maintenance Duties. The condition of the Dwelling-House or any of the common parts has deteriorated owing to waste by or the neglect or default of the Tenant or any person residing in and/or visitors/guests to the Dwelling-House.
Maintenance Duties. Before the Closing, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Property ("Maintenance Duties") in a manner consistent with past practices. Notwithstanding the above, Seller's Maintenance Duties shall specifically exclude the obligation: (A) to repair or correct normal wear and tear or deferred maintenance, or (B) to expend more than Ten Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($10,000.00) with respect to Maintenance Duties in the aggregate, excluding amounts clearly reimbursable in full by tenants under the Leases.
Maintenance Duties. Except for the gardeners’ and City crew maintenance areas of the Golf Course, which will be maintained by City staff, Lessee will provide minor building and janitorial maintenance services to all structures that are part of the Premises, as provided in Section 9.1. Lessee shall make every reasonable effort to regularly inspect, clean and maintain all such areas.
Maintenance Duties. Concessionaire's maintenance duties shall include all sweeping, washing, servicing, repairing, replacing, cleaning, and interior painting that may be DocuSign Envelope ID: D0555DA6-6904-497B-BF05-0AE30EE2F6B0 required to properly maintain the Concession Area in a safe, clean, operable, and attractive condition. Concessionaire shall provide for such repairs, replacements, rebuilding, and restoration as may be required by or given prior written approval by the County to comply with the requirements hereof. Those duties shall also include electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance in the interior of any structures, such as light fixtures, toilets, and faucets.
Maintenance Duties. The Owner of the Resort Parcel shall, with respect to all Resort Owner Easement Areas and all other Improvements on the Resort Parcel, and the Owner of the Project Developer Parcel shall, with respect to all Project Developer Easement Areas, be responsib for complying or causing compliance with the following covenants and restrictions:
Maintenance Duties. “Maintenance work” is defined to exclude minor household upkeep and maintenance work such as paint touch-ups, (as opposed to room painting), routine cleaning, (as opposed to heavy cleaning or fumigation), light bulb changing, switch-plate replacement (as opposed to electrical service requiring work on electrical circuits), yard maintenance/minor grass cutting/pruning/weeding (as opposed to major landscaping). The foregoing are non-exhaustive examples.
