Common use of Refusal of Withdrawals Clause in Contracts

Refusal of Withdrawals. Before allowing funds to be withdrawn from your Account, we may request that you provide us with certain confirmations, identification, authorisations, documentation, or other information that the Bank determines to be necessary in its sole and absolute discretion. You acknowledge that your refusal to comply with any such request may result in the Bank’s refusal to allow the withdrawal. The Bank is not required to notify you in advance if it will seek additional information prior to allowing a withdrawal from your Account.
