Payment Policy 11.9.1 A full-time tenure-track teacher, who is a member of the bargaining unit on an annual salary basis and who has served a complete school year as teacher, shall be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments.

Cancellation/Refund Policy A Student wishing to cancel an enrollment or withdraw may complete a Withdrawal/Cancellation Form. Any textbooks and uniform polo shirts that were issued must be returned to the school unused to receive the refund for those items. Refunds will be made within 30 calendar days of date of the cancelation with proper submission of a Withdrawal/Cancellation Form by the student. Written notification may be submitted by email, fax or in person. Refunds will be made within 30 calendar days of the first day of class if no written notification is provided by the student. CHARGEBACK POLICY 23.1 The Company reserves the right to charge a fee “chargeback fee” if a chargeback is placed with your credit card company (either intentionally or unintentionally) for any deposit made to your account. The chargeback fee will be comprised of the “administration fee” of €60.00 (sixty Euros) to cover all further investigation expenses. In case of pre-arbitration, additional fees may apply from the card processor. This fee will be used to cover all investigative expenses to prove that the deposit was made by you upon receiving the chargeback from our merchant provider. The fee will be deducted from the Client’s account balance if available.
