Refrigeration Class B Allowance. Any Facilities Operator, whose primary work location is an Arena, having Refrigeration Class B papers and who provides evidence of such annually will be paid an additional allowance of thirty-two (32) cents above the regular rate for Facilities Operator for all hours paid.
