REFILING. If, before the Debt is paid in full, Borrower obtains any rights in or to any new or additional Intellectual Property Rights, the provisions of this Agreement shall apply thereto and Lender is hereby authorized to amend Schedule 1 and re-file this Agreement as appropriate.
