When a Customer changes its service provider from Ameritech to Requesting Carrier, or from Requesting Carrier to Ameritech, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement (“Referral Announcement”) on the abandoned telephone number which provides details on the Customer’s new number. Referral Announcements shall be provided by a Party to the other Party for the period of time and at the rates set forth in the first Party’s tariff(s).
