Announcement Clause Samples

The Announcement clause governs how and when parties to an agreement may make public statements or disclosures about the contract or their relationship. Typically, it requires that any press releases, public announcements, or similar communications be approved in advance by the other party, or restricts announcements to certain circumstances. This clause helps prevent the release of sensitive or inaccurate information and ensures that both parties maintain control over how their involvement is presented publicly, thereby protecting reputational interests and confidential details.
