Announcement. COMPANY shall have the right to make public announcements concerning the execution of this Agreement and certain terms thereof.
Announcement. The Company may make public announcements concerning the execution of this Agreement and the terms contained herein, at the Company’s discretion.
Announcement the service date is the day when the Lender announces on its websites, online bank, telephone bank or sales departments.

Announcement. Neither TARGET, on the one hand, nor SUB and PARENT on the other hand, shall issue any press release or otherwise make any public statement with respect to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby without the prior consent of the other Parties (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld), except as may be required by applicable law or securities regulation. Notwithstanding anything in this Section 4.03 to the contrary, the Parties will, to the extent practicable, consult with each other before issuing, and provide each other the opportunity to review and comment upon, any such press release or other public statements with respect to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby whether or not required by Applicable Law.
Announcement. Any party shall not make or permit the other party to make (where one party is capable of controlling the other party) any announcement related to the subject of this agreement or any relevant issues without prior written consent of the other party, save for announcement made in compliance with the requirements of the law or the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong, the New York Stock Exchange, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission or the regulatory authorities in any other listing locations of the Company.
Announcement. 12.1 Without the prior consent of the other Party (which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed), neither Party (and any of their respective Affiliates) shall publish any announcement or issue any circular regarding the existence of the Agreement (or any other transaction document) or its subject matters.

Prior to the Closing, no party hereto nor UPNT shall issue any press release or otherwise make any public statement with respect to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby without the prior consent of the other parties (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld), except as may be required by applicable law or securities regulation. The parties will, to the extent practicable, consult with each other before issuing, and provide each other the opportunity to review and comment upon, any such press release or other public statements with respect to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby whether or not required by Applicable Law.

Neither Sellers nor Purchaser will issue any press release or otherwise make any public statement with respect to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby without the prior consent of the other (which consent will not be unreasonably withheld), except as may be required by applicable Law. Notwithstanding anything in this Section 7.15 to the contrary, Sellers and Purchaser will, to the extent practicable, consult with each other before issuing, and provide each other a reasonable prior opportunity to review and comment upon, any such press release or other public statements with respect to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, whether or not required by applicable Law.
Announcement. Neither Party shall make any announcement with regard to the matters of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other Party except for the public announcements made in compliance with the PRC laws and relevant provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the HKSE, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, the New York Stock Exchange, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and other governmental or regulatory authorities.
