Any reference herein to “the Company and its Subsidiaries”, “any Borrower and its Subsidiaries”, “any Foreign Borrower and its Subsidiaries”, “any Credit Party and its Subsidiaries” or the like shall refer solely, as the case may be, to the Company, the applicable Borrower, Foreign Borrower or Credit Party during such times, if any, as the Company, such Borrower, Foreign Borrower or Credit Party shall have no Subsidiaries.
