References to Financing. To the extent Parent obtains Alternate Debt Financing pursuant to Section 6.6(b), or amends, restates, amends and restates, replaces, substitutes, supplements, waives or otherwise modifies any of the Financing, as applicable, pursuant to Section 6.5(a), references to the “Financing”, the “Debt Financing”, the “Equity Financing”, the “Debt Commitment Letter”, the “Equity Commitment Letters”, the “Commitment Letters”, the “Commitment Letter”, the “Fee Letters” and the “Fee Letter” (and other like terms in this agreement) shall be deemed to refer to such alternative financing, or the Financing as so amended, restated, amended and restated, replaced, substituted, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified.
