References to Custodian. No Trust shall externally circulate any printed matter which contains any reference to Custodian that is inconsistent with the Prospectuses, SAIs or annual or semi-annual reports of the Trusts, each as amended from time to time, without the prior written approval of Custodian, excepting any printed matter that merely identifies Custodian as custodian for each Trust and the Funds therein.
