References to Custodian. Neither party shall circulate any printed matter which contains any reference to the other party without the prior written approval of such other party, excepting printed matter contained in the prospectus or statement of additional information for the Fund and such other printed matter as merely identifies Custodian as custodian for the Fund. Each party shall submit printed matter requiring approval to the other party in draft form, allowing sufficient time for review by such other party and its counsel prior to any deadline for printing.
