References to Agreements, Laws, Etc. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, (a) references to Organization Documents, agreements (including the Loan Documents, the ABL Financing Documents and the Unsecured Financing Documents) and other Contractual Obligations shall be deemed to include all subsequent amendments, restatements, refinancings, extensions, supplements and other modifications thereto, but only to the extent that such amendments, restatements, refinancings, extensions, supplements and other modifications are not prohibited by any Loan Document; and (b) references to any Law shall include all statutory and regulatory provisions consolidating, amending, replacing, supplementing or interpreting such Law. Any term or section reference herein or in the other Loan Documents which refers to a defined term or section reference in any Organization Document, agreement, Contractual Obligation or Law shall be deemed to be a cross-reference to the same or comparable defined term or section reference, as applicable, in any such amendment, refinancing, restatement, renewal, restructuring, extension, supplement or other modification to such Organization Document, agreement, Contractual Obligation or any such consolidation, amendment, replacement, supplement or interpretation of such Law.
