Reference to Agreement. Each of the Loan Documents, including the Agreement and any and all other agreements, documents, or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Agreement as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Documents to the Agreement shall mean a reference to the Agreement as amended hereby.
Reference to Agreement. Use of the words "herein", "hereof", "hereto" and the like in this Agreement shall be construed as references to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular Article, Section or provision of this Agreement, unless otherwise noted.

From and after the effective date hereof, each reference in the Agreement to "this Agreement", "hereof", or "hereunder" or words of like import, and all references to the Agreement in any and all agreements, instruments, documents, notes, certificates and other writings of every kind and nature shall be deemed to mean the Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.
Reference to Agreement. Upon and after the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Agreement as modified and amended hereby.
Reference to Agreement. Each of the Credit Documents, including the Credit Agreement, and any and all other agreements, documents or instruments now or hereafter executed and/or delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Credit Agreement as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Credit Documents to the Credit Agreement, whether direct or indirect, shall mean a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby. This Amendment shall constitute a Credit Document under the Credit Agreement.

Each of the Agreement and the other Transaction Documents, and any and all other Transaction Documents, documents or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in the Agreement and such other Transaction Documents to the Agreement shall mean a reference to the Agreement, as amended hereby.
Reference to Agreement. Each of the Loan Documents is hereby amended so that any reference in the Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement shall mean a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

From and after the effective date hereof, each reference in the RPA to “this Agreement”, “hereof”, or “hereunder” or words of like import, and all references to the RPA in any and all agreements, instruments, documents, notes, certificates and other writings of every kind and nature shall be deemed to mean the RPA as amended by this Amendment.
Reference to Agreement. Upon the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Agreement to “this Agreement” and each reference in the other Loan Documents to the Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Agreement as amended hereby.
Reference to Agreement. From and after the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date, the terms “Agreement”, “this Amendment”, “herein”, “hereinafter”, “hereto”, “hereof” and words of similar import, as used in the Credit Agreement, shall, unless the context otherwise requires, refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby, and the term “Credit Agreement”, as used in the other Loan Documents, shall mean the Credit Agreement as amended hereby and as may be further amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, any references to “the date hereof” in the Credit Agreement shall refer to February 19, 2013.
