Reference To and Effect Upon the Bond Purchase and Covenants Agreement. (a) From and after the Increase Effective Date, (i) the term “Agreement” in the Bond Purchase and Covenants Agreement, and all references to the Bond Purchase and Covenants Agreement in any other Loan Document, shall mean the Bond Purchase and Covenants Agreement as modified hereby, and (ii) this Second Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document for all purposes of the Bond Purchase and Covenants Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
