Effect on Purchase Agreement. Except as expressly set forth herein, all terms and provisions contained in the Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous proposals, and agreements, understandings, commitments or representations whatsoever, oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof and may be changed only in writing signed by authorized representatives of the parties.
Effect on Purchase Agreement. The amendments to the Purchase Agreement contemplated by this Amendment are limited precisely as written and shall not be deemed to be an amendment to any other terms or conditions of the Purchase Agreement. The Purchase Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as amended by this Amendment. From and after the date hereof, all references to the Purchase Agreement shall be deemed to mean the Purchase Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
Effect on Purchase Agreement. On and after the date of this Amendment each reference in the Purchase Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import referring to the Purchase Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Purchase Agreement as amended by this Amendment. Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, the Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed.
Effect on Purchase Agreement. Other than as specifically set forth herein, all other terms and provisions of the Purchase Agreement shall remain unaffected by the terms of this Amendment, and shall continue in full force and effect.

The execution, delivery, and performance of this First Amendment shall not operate as a waiver of or, except as expressly set forth herein, as an amendment of, any right, power, or remedy of the Agent under the Purchase Agreement, as in effect prior to the date hereof.
