Common use of Redundancy Notification Clause in Contracts

(a) On the 15th day of June, or the teaching day immediately preceding, teachers who have not been assigned to a regular teaching position, or who have been displaced by a more senior teacher, will be notified of possible redundancy in writing and a copy of such notification will be sent to the O.C.E.T.
