Common use of Redemption Date Clause in Contracts

Redemption Date. The Redemption Date for any Redemption will be a Business Day of the Company’s choosing that is no more than sixty-five (65), nor less than forty-five (45), Scheduled Trading Days after the Redemption Notice Date for such Redemption.
