RECYCLYING NOTICE. If the Premises is located on a property containing five (5) or more residential units in a city or county within the urban growth boundary of a city that offers multifamily recycling services, the Tenant acknowledges receiving a notice containing recycling instructions from the Landlord in accordance with § 90.318 of the Oregon Revised Statutes.
