Common use of Recyclable Materials Clause in Contracts

Recyclable Materials. “Recyclable Materials” means Solid Waste consisting of any material 371 which retains useful properties and can be reclaimed after the production or consumption process.

Recyclable Materials. “Recyclable Materials” " means discarded Solid Waste consisting which may be sorted, cleansed, treated, processed, and/or reconstituted, and which is segregated for the purpose of any material 371 which retains useful properties and can be reclaimed after the production reuse or consumption processrecycling, including, but not limited to, separated paper, glass, cardboard, plastic, ferrous materials or aluminum.

Recyclable Materials. “Recyclable Materials” means Solid Waste consisting of any material 371 which retains useful properties and can be reclaimed after the production or consumption process.

Recyclable Materials. “Recyclable Materials” means Solid Waste consisting materials that can be‌ reused, or remanufactured or processed for one or more forms of any material 371 which retains useful properties and can be reclaimed after the production or consumption processreuse.

Recyclable Materials. “Garbage or rubbish material that still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving its original purpose and that can be reused or remanufactured into other products. Recyclable Materials” means material is not Solid Waste, however recyclable material may become Solid Waste consisting at such time, if any, as it is abandoned or disposed of any material 371 which retains useful properties and can rather than recycled, whereupon it shall be reclaimed after Solid Waste with respect only to the production party actually abandoning or consumption processdisposing of the material.

Recyclable Materials. “Recyclable Materials” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 444A.0I3 and means Solid Waste consisting of any material 371 which retains useful properties and solid waste that can be reclaimed after processed and returned to the production economic mainstream in the form of raw materials or consumption processproducts, as determined by the State Environmental Commission. As of the Effective Date, Recyclable Materials are set forth in Exhibit 6 attached hereto, and expressly incorporated herein by reference.
