Recurrence of previous illness. 1. If the senior salaried employee’s incapability due to the same illness recurs within 30 calendar days of the return to work, the senior salaried employee shall not be entitled to a new period of paid sick leave under section 13.1, but instead the salary for the period of illness shall be paid for a total maximum period shown in the table calculated as if a single uninterrupted period of illness had occurred
