Common use of Recruitment Restriction Clause in Contracts

Recruitment Restriction. The Customer may not hire any employee or director of the Supplier or enter into any other agreement or other arrangement, whose purpose is to obtain the work contribution of such person, until twelve (12) months has passed from the earlier of (i) the termination or expiration of the Agreement or (ii) cessation of the person’s employment or director relationship with the Supplier. In case of a breach of this recruitment restriction, the Customer shall pay to the Supplier as liquidated damages one hundred thousand (100.000) euros for each breach.

In case of a breach of this recruitment restriction, the Customer shall pay to the Supplier as liquidated liq- uidated damages one hundred seventy thousand (100.00070.000) euros for each breach.
