RECRUITMENT INCENTIVE COMPENSATION. If Associate-Licensee refers other real estate agents to join Broker, Associate-Licensee will receive $100 compensation every time that agent closes a transaction with Broker as long as Associate-Licensee is still licensed with Broker.
RECRUITMENT INCENTIVE COMPENSATION. If Associate-Licensee recruits other real estate agents to join Xxxxxx, Associate-Licensee may receive recruiting compensation from the Broker. The amount and requirements to receive recruitment compensation are provided in the Fee Schedule. ○ DIRECT COMPENSATION TO ASSOCIATE-LICENSEE: Associate-Licensee cannot directly receive any compensation for performing real estate business without Xxxxxx’s approval. ○ ADVANCE FEE: Collecting any kind of advance fee from a client is prohibited for Associate-Licensee.
RECRUITMENT INCENTIVE COMPENSATION. If Associate-Licensee (“Agent”) refers other agents to join Flat Rate Realty Referring Associate-Licensee will be paid an annual bonus of $50 per transaction collected by Flat Rate Realty, from referred agents for as long as they remain as a salesperson(s) with Flat Rate Realty This fee will be paid on an annual basis.
