<Recovery of Water System Revenue Bond Financing Costs. > Notwithstanding provisions of Article 22(a) through (i), the capital cost component and the minimum OMP&R component of the Delta Water Charge shall include an annual charge to recover the District’s share of the conservation portion of the water system revenue bond financing costs.
