Records Maintained at Project Site. Construction Manager will maintain at the Project Site copies of records of all documents relating to the Project, including all contracts, Submittals, permits, a current marked set of working Drawings and Specifications, including as-builts to facilitate the preparation of record drawings, subcontracts, orders for materials, equipment and/or supplies and governmental, commercial and technical standards and specifications. At a time prior to Substantial Completion, Construction Manager will deliver duplicates of such documents to Owner.
