Records Days Clause Samples
Records Days. Teachers will be responsible for grades and reports for semesters/ trimesters. However, records days may be completed outside of the building with the exception of the end of the year records day. Teachers will be required to be in the building at the end of the year records day to ensure that proper check-out, etc. is completed.
Records Days. At least one day will be provided at the end of each trimester for the completion of teacher records. On these days, students will be excused from attendance. These records days may be divided into two half-day sessions with the agreement of the Association. Records days are flex time and, therefore, do not require teachers to be on campus.
Records Days. Two (2) paid days will be used as follows:
Records Days. Teachers will be allowed to work at home on two (2) records days (one at semester break and one at year end). If a counselor works in the building on a scheduled records day, that counselor may work from home on another date with prior approval from the building administrator.

First semester Records Day includes committed time for grading, record keeping and completing report cards, and it may occur either on site or off site. • Second semester Records Day includes committed time for grading, record keeping, and completing report cards. Second semester Records Day is required on site and may include meetings or gatherings up to one hour.
