Records and Financial Management. CI shall maintain or cause to be maintained a financial management system, including records and accounts, and prepare financial statements in a format acceptable to the IBRD adequate to reflect its operations, resources and expenditures, including those in respect of the Fund.

Related to Records and Financial Management

  • Financial Management System Subrecipient shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles. Contractor’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following:
