RECORDS AND CERTIFICATES. 16.1 The Fiscal Agent shall keep a full and complete record of all Certificates and of their redemption, purchase by or on behalf of the Issuer, the Guarantor or any member of the Guarantor’s Group, cancellation or payment (as the case may be) and of all replacement Certificates issued in substitution for lost, stolen, mutilated, defaced or destroyed Certificates. The Fiscal Agent shall at all reasonable times make the records available to the Issuer and the Guarantor.
