RECORDS AND CERTIFICATES. Upon written request, the Registrar shall give to the Trustee (with a copy to the Obligor and the Delegate) and the Principal Paying Agent, as soon as possible, a certificate stating: (a) the aggregate amount of the relevant Certificates which have been redeemed;
