RECORDS AND CERTIFICATES. 14.1 The Principal Paying Agent shall, in respect of the Coupons of each maturity, retain until the expiry of 10 years from the Relevant Date (as defined in the Conditions) in respect of the Coupons either (i) all paid Coupons of that maturity or (ii) a list of the serial numbers of Coupons of that maturity still remaining unpaid.
