Recordings of Juvenile Delinquency Hearings. (i) Within six months of the Effective Date, JCMSC shall have all delinquency hearings, including initial Detention Hearings, Adjudicatory Hearings, Transfer Hearings, and probation revocation hearings recorded by electronic means. Privately engaged court reporters may provide written transcripts.
