Record-Keeping Obligations. ‌ Each Interconnection Party shall keep and maintain records of actions taken during an Emergency Condition that may reasonably be expected to affect the other parties’ facilities and make such records available for audit in accordance with Section 19.3 of this Appendix 2. 7 Safety‌ 7.1 General:‌ Each Interconnected Entity shall perform all work under this Appendix 2 that may reasonably be expected to affect the other Interconnected Entity in accordance with Good Utility Practice and all Applicable Laws and Regulations pertaining to the safety of persons or property.
