RECORD AUDIT. Under California Government Code, Section 8546.7, if the amount of public funds expended under this Agreement exceeds ten thousand dollars ($10,000), any records or documents of both the CITY and the CONTRACTOR shall be subject to examination, audit, and/or copying at any time during regular business hours by the Auditor General for a period of three (3) years after final payment, upon oral or written request of the CITY.
