RECORD AUDIT. In accordance with Government Code, Section 8546.7, records of both the CITY and the CONTRACTOR shall be subject to examination and audit by the Auditor General for a period of three (3) years after final payment.

In accordance with Government Code Section 8546.7(and Xxxxx Xxxxx, if applicable) and Article 13.11 of the General Conditions, records of both the District and the Trade Contractor shall be subject to examination and audit for a period of five (5) years after a Final Retention Payment or the Recording of a Notice of Completion, whichever occurs first.

To the extent permitted by law, PrezentBox reserves the right to keep all records of any and all transactions and communications made through this Platform between you and other Users (including conversations, user posts, job request bids, comments, feedback, cookies, and I.P. address information) for administration purposes and also holds the right to produce these records in the event of any legal dispute involving PrezentBox.

RECORD AUDIT. RUSH reserves the right to audit LICENSEE’s records relating to development of Product and Process as required hereunder. Such record keeping and audit procedures shall be subject to the procedures and restrictions set forth for audit of the financial records of LICENSEE in Section 6.
RECORD AUDIT. Upon reasonable prior notice and during business hours, permit any representative or agent of Lessor to examine and audit any or all Lessee's books, assets, and records requested by Xxxxxx. (k)
