Common use of RECONDITIONING Clause in Contracts

RECONDITIONING. If, in Contractor's reasonable opinion, a shop reconditioning of any unit of Equipment is necessary because normal repair or replacement of parts cannot keep such unit in good operating condition, Contractor will submit a cost estimate of needed repairs. If Customer does not authorize such additional work and agree to pay the proposed charge, Contractor may terminate this Contract with respect to such unit.
