Common use of Recommendation Procedures Clause in Contracts

Recommendation Procedures. The Advisor shall place orders or otherwise give instructions with respect to the investment of the assets in the Subaccount only after prior notification to and approval by the Trustee in accordance with the provisions of this Subsection 4(c). Except in accordance with the following provisions, the Advisor shall have no authority to place orders for the execution of transactions involving assets of the Subaccount or to give instructions to the Trustee with respect thereto:
