Common use of Recognized Statutory Holidays Clause in Contracts

Subject to the eligibility provisionsset out in this Agreement, the following days shall be recognized as paid Statutory Holidays: New Year‘s Day Good Friday Labour Day Christmas Day Remembrance Day Boxing Day Victoria Day Any additional statutory holiday proclaimed by the Provincial or Federal governments be deemed to have been added to the above schedule.
