RECOGNITION - UNION DUES. 2:01 The City recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for all those employees in the classification of Operator and hereby consents and agrees to negotiate with the Union or any authorized committee thereof on matters affecting the relationship between the parties to this Agreement looking towards a peaceful and amicable settlement of any differences that may arise between them.
