Security Services (Canada) Limited (“the Employer”) recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees employed by the Employer in the County of Wellington and Regional Municipality of Waterloo, the county of Frontenac, County of Lennox and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, City of Brockville, City of Belleville, Separated Town of ▇▇▇▇▇ Falls, employees at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Road in the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto and ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the City of Scarborough, save and except employees in bargaining units for which any trade union held bargaining rights prior to the date hereof, Supervisors or their designates, Guard Inspectors or their designates, persons above the rank of Supervisor or their designate, Guard Inspector or their designate, and office, clerical and sales staff.
