RECOGNITION & SCOPE. The Company recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all dependant Operators who have executed a Company Operations Agreement, within the Province of British Columbia. Operators are defined as dependant Owner/Operators owning or renting the distribution rights to a sales territory in accordance with the Operations Agreement and do not include their employees (if any). This Addendum is not intended to apply to independent operators and customers or to force distributors to become members of the bargaining unit.
