Recognition of Temporary Service. At the time of issuance of a job posting for a permanent position within the bargaining unit, all non-permanent employees within the bargaining unit shall be credited with seniority equal to the length of service with the Employer for the purposes of appointment or promotion to that position, and for the purposes of satisfying the probationary period when the work involved is directly related to the permanent position filled.
