Recognition of Improved Qualifications. (i) Upon obtaining the appropriate qualifications for Q1, Q2, Q3 or Q3+, a Pre-School teacher, Head Teacher or assistant shall be entitled to progress to the Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q3+ scale as applicable.
