Recognition of Improved Qualifications. (a) Upon obtaining the appropriate qualifications for Q2, Q3, Q3+, Q4 or Q5, a teacher shall be entitled to progress annually to the appropriate qualifications maximum, providing the teacher meets the requirements for progression.
