Recognition of Improved Qualifications. (a) Upon obtaining the appropriate qualifications for one of the salary qualification groups set out in clause 3.3, a teacher shall be entitled to progress annually to the appropriate qualifications maximum, providing the teacher meets the requirements for progression.
