RECOGNITION CLAUSE. The Board of Education in its regular meeting on Monday, December 10, 1984, officially recognized the Ashland Educators Association, for the purposes of professional negotiations under K.S.A. 72-5413, as the exclusive representative for the teacher’s unit of the professional employees. The bargaining unit shall be defined as those employees of the Board of Education in positions which require a certificate issued by the State Board of Education, but shall not mean any such person who is an administrative employee.
