RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION. 4.1 The Board and the Association agree that this Agreement shall cover those employees whose bargaining rights are included under Certificate No. 524-524-92. It shall not cover positions listed as excluded in the Certificate, further positions excluded by mutual agreement or by amendments to the Certificate and positions listed in Appendix "B" to this Agreement.
