RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION. The terms and conditions of the Agreement shall apply to those employees in the positions listed in Appendix A; regardless of membership in the Association. The City recognizes the Association as the exclusive negotiating agent for purposes of establishing salaries, wages, hours, and other conditions of employment pursuant to NRS 288.150 for the positions listed in Appendix A.
