RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION. 7.01 The Company recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for the members of the bargaining unit and recognizes the right of any bargaining unit member to be represented by an Association officer. 7.02 This agreement applies to all Company employees who are members of the bargaining unit as established by the Alberta Labour Relations Board certification. 7.03 This agreement does not apply to Casual Employees.
