RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION. The terms and conditions of this Contract shall apply to those employees of the classes described in Appendix A, regardless of membership in the Association. The City, subject to Chapter 288 of Nevada Revised Statutes, recognizes the Association as the exclusive negotiating agent for purposes of establishing salaries, wages, hours and other conditions of employment for all its classified supervisory law enforcement employees in the officer listed in Appendix A excluding all other law enforcement officer employees.
