Reclassification Procedure. A. Employees may request reclassification by submitting a completed Position Description Form and written explanation for the proposed reclassification to a specific bargaining unit classification to the Agency HR Office. Reclassification must be based on a finding that the duties and responsibilities of a position have been significantly enlarged, diminished or altered, but the knowledge, skills and abilities required are still essentially similar to those previously required.
