Common use of RECITALS WHEREAS Clause in Contracts

RECITALS WHEREAS. A. Participant owns or operates a Generation Resource or a Synchronous Condenser Unit (“SCU”) as defined in the MISO Tariff, and MISO requires Participant to supply service in the region served by MISO (“MISO Region”) in order to maintain the reliability of the Transmission System;

Participant owns or operates a one or more Generation Resource Resources or a Synchronous Condenser Unit Units (“SCUSCUs”) as defined in the MISO Tariff, and MISO requires Participant to supply service in the region served by MISO (“MISO Region”) in order to maintain the reliability of the Transmission System;
