Recitals and Annexes. The recitals and the annexes are integral and substantial parts of this Agreement. The parties accept that the validity of this Contract and the relevant annexes will be automatically renewed from Gas Year to Gas Year. The THIRD PARTY EXCHANGE agrees to promptly inform Snam Rete Gas about any variation of what previously reported with this Contract with the relevant annexes as well as the intention of termination of the Contract before the 15th day of the month before the start of any Gas Year.
